Dawn was terrific from the very beginning (picking our cruise), through coordination adding members to our group, including meetings, all the way up to doing a complimentary shuttle for us. All I can say is wow...Dawn setup an amazing team building event for us as we finally had an all hands in person event since the pandemic. My riverboat cruise vacation on the Danube could not have gone any smoother or been any more spectacular and much of it is due to the expertise and attention to detail by Dawn Plonkey. Dawn has gone SO over and above for me....and my friends and family, every time we use her!! I had a medical emergency come up before a long awaited Rhine River Cruise and she jumped right in and had my friends husband added to the itinerary so the trip wasn't a total loss!
She has done international airfare for groups of friends with all kinds of moving parts and she wrangles the troops and gets us all taken care of!!!

Our trip was wonderful! I had written off All Inclusive Resorts after our last experience but this was super service, super food, super drinks, spectacular room. It was the best place we have ever stayed.
I am not sure if you requested the room for us but it was PERFECT. The Seaside Suites are 2 large buildings; we were in the 7000 building and the other is the 6000 building. All on our side have fabulous ocean views. Simply amazing. The 6000 building overlooks the "active" party pool. So we were happy to be in the 7000 building with nothing but sand and ocean in front of us.
